Parenting can get tough sometimes and we all need a little guidance from time to time (children don't come with handbooks as we all know! hehe! :0)

I found Fegans 160 family and resource centre really good for help with parenting!

They offer allsorts of support if you live near the Whitehall area in Ramsgate. They do courses for parents to help with anything to bed time routines to discipline etc

The people who work there are great and they oalso offer stuff for the older kids to do. Sometimes they come to you if you need them to and help you with stuff like getting your child into a routine.
