Hi there, my friends daughter is about 12 and has been a right nightmare for the last few months, bad attitude, lying, going to places shes been asked not to and just being really awful to her mum. She used to chat to me and I would be able to get some sence out of her but now she just does not want to know.
Any ideas on how my friend can get through to her and perhaps have some better communication with her as all they seem to do is shout at each other.
Any ideas welcome!!!
